  1. To reset your password in the Knowledge Web, click on "Forgotten Password" located in the grey header box on the right hand side of the screen.
  2. Enter your account username or your email address you used to register with.
  3. Enter in the security code and select proceed.
  4. An automated email will be sent to your inbox from AFAC Knowledge Web Forum.
  5. Click the link under activation instructions.
  6. Enter in the security code and select proceed.
  7. You'll receive a new email advising you of the password.
  8. Copy the password.
  9. Enter your user name and new password in to login.
  10. You may like to change your password by doing so here.
