Overview
This project addresses a gap in knowledge about the rate of natural die-off (senescence) in common grass species and provides a way to adapt agriculturalmodelling tools to predict curing rates across the temperate grasslands of southern Australia and New Zealand. It provides new capabilities in assessing fire danger and managing fire prevention.
