The Developing Future Leaders Program is a professional development course for operational and non-operational personnel who have demonstrated leadership potential. Individuals work with recognised industry leaders to explore their individual strengths, increase their understanding about effective leadership and develop strategies to improve personal performance. Participants are nominated by their home brigade and the selected applicant course costs are met by each nominating agency.
